Ages 21+. 

Dine on a decadent, five course meal perfectly paired with whiskey tastings. During dinner, enjoy an engaging and educational talk from our whiskey expert of the night, Michael Cerekwicki. Live music and a view of Meadow Lake make this dinner a festive way to kick off the year.

 

Amuse
Pork belly, roasted apple, cherry compote, hazelnut-parmesan crisp

Winter squash soup, whiskey crème fraiche, candied pumpkin seeds
