Celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend with a delectable dinner with a sweetheart or special someone in the elegant Arbor Room. Enjoy a five-course dinner with wine pairings and live music from local classical guitarist Jim Perona.

2021 Valentine's Day Dinner

 

Option 1- Omnivore Menu

Amuse-Bouche: Saffron-glazed shrimp, shoestring potatoes, white wine saffron sauce, chives 

Gluten free, nut free, dairy free

Paired with Torresella Prosecco, Italy

Appetizer: Heart-shaped cheese ravioli , wilted arugula, asiago cheese, infused basil oil, roasted red pepper sauce

Vegetarian, nut free, gluten free substitution: penne noodles

Paired with Opolo Viognier, California

Soup: Lobster bisque

Nut free

Entrée: Herb-Marinated Fillet of Beef, buttered and mashed red skin potatoes,  haricots verts with toasted almonds, cocoa-scented demi-glace

Paired with Bodega Colomé Malbec, Argentina

Dessert: Raspberry chocolate bombs, mixed berry coulis, gold foil

Gluten free substitution: sorbet

Safety Precautions: 

  • Event capacity will be at a 25 person maximum
  • There will be no more than 4 people at each table
  • There will be a minimum of 8 feet between each table
  • Dining is limited to a 2-hour maximum
  • All attendees will be required to wear a face mask, other than when they are seated at their tables, actively eating and drinking
  • All service staff are health screened prior to their shift each day
  • All service staff are required to wear face coverings and disposable gloves throughout meal service

Age 21+
Ticket price includes an elegant five-course meal, perfectly paired wine selections and live romantic guitar music performed by Jim Perona. Tickets can be purchased online or over the phone.

Guest Tickets: $105
 
There will be a full-service cashless bar throughout the duration of the event.  All major credit cards, Google pay and Apple pay will be accepted.
