Celebrate Valentine’s Day with someone special in the Ginkgo Restaurant. Dine on an elegant five course meal while looking out over the serene landscape of Meadow Lake in winter. 

 

2020 Valentine's Day - Omnivore Menu:

Amuse: Scallop ceviche, orange, fennel, cocoa nibs
Paired with Torresella Prosecco
Gluten free, Dairy free

Appetizer: House made gnocchi, clams, leeks, garlic and herb butter
Paired with Loveblock Pinot Noir
Can be served Dairy free

Salad: Winter salad, kale, baby frisee, shaved manchego, tomato, polenta croutons, black truffle brown butter dressing
Paired with Duckhorn Chardonnay
Gluten free, Vegetarian, can be served Dairy free

Entrée: Espresso braised short ribs, celery root and potato puree, tri colored carrots, chocolate demi-glace
Paired with Penfolds Cabernet Shiraz Blend
Gluten free, can be served Dairy free

Dessert: Tiramisu, lady fingers, mascarpone, espresso-chocolate ganache
Paired with Gourmet Coffee with Red Velvet Baileys
