Course Description

Stop working against nature! Instead, harness nature's power to create a healthy, beautiful home landscape. (You don't have to choose between pretty and principled!) Landscape For Life shows you how to work with nature in your garden, no matter where you live, whether you garden on a city or suburban lot, a 20-acre farm, or the common area of your condominium. Turn any garden into a gift, providing beauty, a pleasant atmosphere, and food for the table. In this five-session series, learn how to transform a traditional landscape into a beautiful and sustainable environment that benefits plants, pollinators, and people. Presented in partnership with the Midwest Ecological Landscape Alliance.

Instructors: Carol Becker, Sage Advice Landscape Design; Julia Fitzpatrick-Cooper, horticulture educator; & Grace Koehler, Pizzo Native Plant Nursery
Note: Held indoors & outdoors. Limit 20
