Learn to grow your own edible mushrooms including shiitake, lions mane, oyster and winecap, and take home a completed oyster mushroom kit. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of growing mushrooms, including the right conditions for a successful mushroom harvest, the best varieties to grow at home, materials needed, and the growing process. Great for beginners or hobbyists. You will also:
- learn how to cultivate mushrooms indoors and outdoors
- receive cooking techniques and get recipes for harvest time.
- enjoy a cooking demonstration and taste the finished product.
- get your mushroom questions answered.
