Get a beautiful garden without all the work! In this class, horticulturist Marcy Stewart-Pyziak will show you how smart design and good plant selection will allow you to spend less time tending and more time enjoying your garden.
You will learn
- smart design principles that reduce the need for maintenance
- why certain plants are easier to care for
- how to choose the right set of plants for your spot
- which perennials and shrubs require little time and effort
Spend some time in the Arboretum’s gardens to see these plants and principles in action. This class is great for homeowners short on time or who have limited ability to tend to their gardens.
