Course description

Capture curled leaves and seed pods--the perfect textures for graphite. This intermediate class will build upon your foundational skills in graphite, focusing on the unique textures found in late fall. Add a touch of watercolor later in the session.

Suzanne Wegener

Suzanne Wegener is a freelance artist specializing in natural history illustration and education in pencil, pen & ink, watercolor and gouache. She has a degree in Scientific Illustration and teaches regularly in the Chicagoland area. 

Course details

  • Notes: Held indoors. Limit 15
  • Supplies: Bring graphite supplies and paper (details to be provided).
  • Prerequisite: Begin to Draw Nature (A000) and some experience with graphite recommended.
