Course description

Improve your health and well-being with yoga. We will practice poses, breathing, and meditation in the tranquil setting of The Morton Arboretum.

Class will take place outdoors. In fair weather, we meet on the patio of the Thornhill Education Center. In wet or cold weather, we will meet around the fireplace of the Thornhill Shelter, protected from the wind and elements.

Yoga is also available online! (Note: from December through February, in-person yoga will take a break. Join us for Arboretum Yoga Online throughout the winter months.) To learn more click here.

Program participants must comply with current public health guidelines as required by the Governor of Illinois, which include social distancing and the use of face masks when indoors and when social distancing is not possible outdoors. For more information on the Arboretum’s guidelines, please watch the video at https://www.mortonarb.org/visit-explore/plan-visit/know-you-go-visit-information.
