Cultural Requirements: Sun to part shade; moist, slightly acidic, well-drained soil; spring plan only.

Ornamental Characteristics:  forms thickets; aromatic, mitten-shaped leaves change to yellow orange in fall; good for naturalizing.

Uses in the Landscape:  Specimen or for naturalizing (not for small spaces due to thicket forming).

Aerial Salt Tolerance: Moderate degree of salt tolerance; use in low exposed areas.
