Group tour food packages

A minimum of 15 guests is required to reserve a group lunch package.  Reserved seating in the Ginkgo Room is included in all lunch packages.  All prices include tax and gratuity.  

BOX LUNCH

$16 per person (minimum 15)
Your box lunch will include your choice of a gourmet sandwich, bagged chips, cookie, and assorted canned beverages.

BUFFET

$17.50 per guest (minimum 15)
Select a choice of three gourmet sandwiches or entrée salads. Your selections will be served with bagged chips, cookies, and assorted canned beverages.

BUFFET/ BOX LUNCH MENU SELECTIONS

To order Box Lunches: Select three gourmet sandwiches and indicate desired number of each.  Includes assorted canned beverages, bagged chips and cookie.
To order Buffet: Select three items (any combination of gourmet sandwiches and entrée salads).  Includes assorted canned beverages, bagged chips and cookies.

GOURMET SANDWICHES
  • Chicken Sundance: Grilled chicken breast with lettuce, red onion, sundried tomato & Boursin cheese on a tomato herb focaccia
  • Cranberry Smoked Turkey Breast: Smoked turkey breast, cranberry ginger relish, fresh greens on a tuscan baguette
  • Albacore Tuna:  Albacore tuna mixed with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, mixed peppers, celery, red onion, lettuce & tomato on nine grain bread
  • Grilled Steak Rustica: Marinated sirloin steak topped with spring greens, tomato and caramelized onions served with horseradish mayo on a french baguette
  • The California: Roasted turkey breast and Havarti cheese with Dijon mayo, avocado, lettuce and tomato on wheat ciabatta
  • Caprese:  Fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil, beef steak tomatoes with pesto mayo and balsamic glaze on ciabatta roll
  • Grilled Vegetable Wrap: Freshly grilled vegetables on a tomato tortilla, baby spinach, provolone cheese with red pepper hummus
 
ENTRÉE SALADS
  • Cobb Salad: Grilled chicken, cucumber, chopped eggs, bacon, tomato and Swiss cheese tossed with mixed greens and buttermilk ranch
  • Asian Chicken Salad: Sliced chicken breast with chopped romaine lettuce, julienne vegetables and roasted peanuts tossed in a sesame-hoisin dressing
  • Traditional Caesar Salad: Served with chicken or shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce and parmesan with our homemade caesar dressing
  • Dried Cranberry Goat Cheese Salad: Mixed field greens topped with sun-dried cranberries, roasted walnuts, goat cheese & balsamic vinaigrette
  • Grilled Flank Steak Salad: Sliced grilled flank steak with mixed greens, tomatoes, roasted peppers, caramelized onions, gorgonzola cheese with Italian vinaigrette

 

Buffets and Box Lunches include assorted canned beverages. Coffee/hot tea service is available for an additional fee of $2.00 per person.
 

Reservations should be made at least 14 days in advance and are based on availability. Group reservations and dates will be confirmed only after the Arboretum receives a deposit and signed Adult Group Tour Reservation Form. Your deposit is payable by cash, check, or credit card payable to: The Morton Arboretum. See the Reservation Form for terms, conditions, and refund policy.

WEATHER POLICY

The Morton Arboretum is an outdoor museum. Dress for the weather! Walking and open-air tram tours will proceed in light to moderate precipitation. If heavy or extreme weather conditions must cancel a tour, it will be rescheduled based on availability. Deposits will not be refunded due to inclement weather. Indoor activities, including All-Aboard tours, Behind the Trees Walking Tours, and lunches will not be cancelled by weather and full payment is required.
