We're updating the Ginkgo Restaurant this winter. Improvements to the physical space will allow us to streamline the visitor experience with a single ordering station and increased check-out facilities. The fresh, high-quality cuisine and beautiful views of Meadow Lake will remain. To make this transition, the restaurant will be closed from Tuesday, January 2, through Wednesday, February 28, 2018.
During the redesign, visitors will be able to choose from a slightly expanded menu at the Ginkgo Café, which will maintain its regular schedule.
The Ginkgo Café in the Visitor Center is open year-round. The Café sells ecoGrounds coffee by Java City, beverages, sandwiches, salads, and an assortment of snacks.
