  • FALL COLOR REPORT FROM THE MORTON ARBORETUM, OCTOBER 22 THROUGH 29, 2014

Fall color is excellent this week at The Morton Arboretum, with some of the best reds, yellows, oranges, and golds of the season. The warm, bright sunny days and cool nights we had earlier have brightened our landscapes. Color is especially good in the Arboretum’s Maple Collection; the East Woods; the Lake Marmo and Sterling Pond areas; and the Schulenberg Prairie.
