Height: 6-8' Spread: 6-8' Habit/Form: Round Growth rate: medium Zone: 3-8

Cultural Requirements: Full sun to partial shade; well-drained soil, mulch to keep cool root environment; water in dry periods.

Ornamental Characteristics: A smaller version of 'Grandiflora'; blooms on new wood; one of first panicled hydrangeas to flower, 6" long , whitish-green, conical-shaped inflorescence appear on stout stems in late June; medium green leaves change to reddish purple.
 
Landscape Use: In mass or groups in the mixed shrub border or open woodland garden; also effective as a specimen, accent or hedge.
