Height: 8-10' Spread: 8- 10'  Habit/Form: Spreading, rounded Growth Rate: Fast   Zone: 2-7

Cultural Requirements: Full sun to part shade; adaptable to soil pH, wet to moist soils; prune back stems annually for best winter stem color.

Ornamental Characteristics: Best feature is winter stem color; red at base progressing up stem to orange-red and then yellow toward the tips; dark green leaves change to wine-red fall color; white, malodorous flowers; purplish-black fruits in late summer.

Use in the Landscape: As winter accent in front of evergreen backdrop; in mass, shrub border, and screening.
