Height: 40-60' Spread: 50-60' Habit/Form: Rounded to spreading Growth rate: Slow/Medium  Zones: 4-8

Cultural requirements: Full sun; well-drained soil; pH tolerant.

Ornamental Characteristics: Dark green to blue-green leaf color; broadly rounded, open-headed tree with a short trunk.  Acorns hang on long stalks.

Use in the Landscape: Specimen or grouping tree for parks and large areas.

Aerial Salt Tolerance: Highest degree of salt tolerance; use in most exposed areas.
