Chamber Concert: Prairie Winds at The Morton Arboretum

LISLE, IL (December 20, 2012) – Did you hear the one about the chamber musicians and the Arboretum? Turns out these musicians blend powerful musical technique with humor and intriguing background information to create what one critic called "a unique approach to the shaping of the concert experience (that) is sure to keep them in demand."

The Prairie Winds have captivated audiences throughout North America with performances that entertain as well as enlighten. Join us for this special chamber concert performance Sunday, January 6, 2013, from 2:15 to 4:15 p.m. Performances are held in the stunning, Arbor Room in the Thornhill Education Center.

After the concert, gather with other music enthusiasts to sample wines and "meet and greet" the artists in the historic Founder's Room.

Tickets are on sale now. Arboretum admission is included in the ticket price. The cost of the event is $23 for members and $28 for nonmembers. There is an additional $5 processing fee for orders made via phone, mail, or internet.

About The Morton Arboretum
