Planting a Rainbow-kindergarten

Explore the colors of the rainbow while learning about trees and other plants. Play games, make crafts, and read stories about beautiful gardens. Create a multicolor flower garden to take home at The Morton Arboretum. Dates and times vary starting July 6. Multiple sections.

Nature Photography-5th-8th grade

Use your nature observation skills and get creative with digital photography. Practice composition, subject placement, close-ups, moving targets, and more at The Morton Arboretum. Dates vary starting June 22. Multiple sections.

Acorn Express Adventures

Join us on the Acorn Express for a family friendly tram-ride adventure through The Morton Arboretum! Wednesdays and Fridays, April-October, 2015, 11:00-11:45 a.m.

2015 Visiting Artist Series with Wendy Brockman: Painting Oaks

Learn to paint the details of Oaks with award winning artist Wendy Brockman. We will work with watercolor and gouache using specimens from the Morton Arboretum’s oak collections. Friday, October 16-Sunday, October 18, 9:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
