The Public Horticulture Internship
Public Horticulture Internship positions are closed for Summer 2010.
The Morton Arboretum offers a paid, institutional summer internship to students who are interested in pursuing a career in a public garden or arboretum. We consider candidates with a strong academic background and hands-on work experience in horticulture. An AA degree in the minimal requirements: Qualifications for candidates include gardening or plant maintenance experience and enrollment in or completion of an A.A., B.S., or M.S. degree program in the Life Sciences area (Biology, Botany, Environmental Science, Forestry, Horticulture, or Life Science Ecology). The Arboretum regrets it is unable to accept international students at this time.
