All Tour Packages include Arboretum admission and parking.

To Reserve a Group Tour Package

• Reservations should be made at least 14 days in advance and are based on availability.
• Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
• The Acorn Express Tram is accessible for up to two wheelchairs. Please inform the Group Tour staff if wheelchairs will be boarding the Acorn Express.

All Aboard Tours with step-on guide
$12 per person (minimum 12)
Enjoy the beauty of nature as an Arboretum guide conducts a one-hour narrated tour aboard your bus or commercial van. Sit back and relax as you learn about the Arboretum's internationally-renowned plant collections, natural history, research programs, and Morton family legacy. Seasonally, you'll see blossoming trees, wildflowers, and fall foliage.

Open-Air Tram Tours
$14 per person (minimum 15)
The Acorn Express is an exciting journey through the ever-changing landscape of The Morton Arboretum. This one-hour narrated tour is conducted on the Arboretum's Acorn Express open-air tram. Enjoy the gentle breeze as you slowly wind your way through our stunning landscapes.

Walking Tours
$13 per person (minimum 15)
Enjoy your choice of narrated 45-60 minute walks with our knowledgeable guides amidst our flourishing trees, shrubbery and perennials.  It's nature up close and personal! Tours vary in content, highlighting plant collections in our gardens and natural areas, seasonal blossoms and color, horticultural and natural history. Ask for a list of walking tour options.

Combination Tours $17 per person (minimum 15)

Enjoy 2 tours for one low price! Tour includes a one-hour narrated tram ride on the Acorn Express and a 45-60 minute guided walk of your choice.

Pre-Paid Discount Admission Fees
Pre-paid admission tickets may be purchased at a discount off the daily admission fee (excludes Wednesday discount admission).

15-49 passes $2.00 off per pass
50+ passes at $3.00 off per pass

Tickets expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were purchased and may be redeemed for admission at the gatehouse at any time. A minimum of 15 tickets is required to obtain discount price.

Weather Policy
The Morton Arboretum is an outdoor museum. Dress for the weather! Walking and open-air tram tours will proceed in light to moderate precipitation. If heavy or extreme weather conditions must cancel a tour, it will be rescheduled based on availability. Deposits will not be refunded due to inclement weather. Indoor activities, including All-Aboard tours, Behind the Trees Walking Tours, and lunches will not be cancelled by weather and full payment is required.
