Explore our 1,700 acres, and then replenish yourself with a scrumptious meal at the Ginkgo Restaurant. With floor to ceiling windows, visitors at the Ginkgo Restaurant eat gourmet specialties overlooking a stunning panoramic view of Meadow Lake.

The Ginkgo Restaurant and Café is improving its sustainable practices, providing new organic menu options, reducing throw-away plastic, selling reusable water bottles, and offering water bottle filling stations free for visitor use. Stop by the Restaurant and check it out!

Our menus change seasonally, take a look at our Menu. Also soups, quiches, and "grab and go" salads and sandwiches are available.

(Please note: Breakfast, pizza, and salad selections remain the same. Grill menu items alternate weekly.)

Adjoining rooms and the main dining room can be reserved for private gatherings.

The Ginkgo Café

The Ginkgo Café in the Visitor Center is open year-round. The Café sells Starbucks® coffee, beverages, sandwiches, salads, and an assortment of snacks.
