Explore our 1,700 acres, and then replenish yourself with a scrumptious meal at the Ginkgo Restaurant. With floor to ceiling windows, visitors at the Ginkgo Restaurant eat gourmet specialties overlooking a stunning panoramic view of Meadow Lake.

The Ginkgo Restaurant and Café is improving its sustainable practices, providing new organic menu options, reducing throw-away plastic, selling reusable water bottles, and offering water bottle filling stations free for visitor use. Stop by the Restaurant and check it out!

Our menus change seasonally, take a look at our latest menu filled with delicious fare. (Please note our menu changes each week. Week 1 began 4/5/2010)

Adjoining rooms and the main dining room can be reserved for private gatherings.


The Ginkgo Café

The Ginkgo Café in the Visitor Center is open year-round. The Café sells Starbucks® coffee, beverages, sandwiches, salads, and an assortment of snacks.

Expanded weekday Café lunch menu will include: Chili and soup, Quiche & side, Grilled chicken wrap, Burger & side, Panini & side, Kid's mac & cheese, and kid's chicken fingers.
