Warm up this winter with whiskey in our beautiful Ginkgo Restaurant overlooking Meadow Lake!

Enjoy a delicious whiskey-inspired dinner paired with whiskey from local distilleries, FEW from Evanston, IL and KOVAL from Chicago, IL.   

Learn more about local whiskey and the distilling process from a special guest speaker from KOVAL Distillery. All guests receive a souvenir tasting glass as well as recipe cards highlighting each of the five courses.
