Warm up this winter with whiskey in our beautiful Ginkgo Restaurant overlooking Meadow Lake!  Enjoy a delicious 5-course dinner, perfectly paired with Whiskey Acres whiskey. Learn more about the pairings and the  seed to spirit whiskey-making process from Whiskey Acres Distilling Co. in Dekalb, IL.

Appetizer
Golden pineapple and whiskey glazed shrimp, Tasso ham, wild mushroom sauce and fried leeks
Paired with Whiskey Acres bourbon served neat

Soup
Whiskey Acres Bourbon lobster bisque, tomatoes, thyme, garlic crostini

Salad
Field greens, Prosciutto, polenta croutons, Toy Box tomatoes, aged balsamic-rye whiskey vinaigrette
Paired with Whiskey Acres Rye served neat

Entrée
Espresso and bourbon marinated filet of beef, four cheese potatoes Au Gratin
Grilled asparagus, sweet peppers, crispy tobacco onions, bourbon demi
Paired with Whiskey Acres Old Fashion – torched oranges, Luxardo cherries, barrel char simple syrup.

Dessert
Peach bread pudding, mascarpone, sultanas, honey whiskey crème anglaise
Paired with Whisky Acres Honey Bourbon – made with The Morton Arboretum Honey
