Bring a special someone to celebrate Valentine’s Day at a table for two overlooking beautiful Meadow Lake. Enjoy a spectacular 5-course meal, expertly paired with a variety of wines, and the romantic sounds of classical guitar by Jim Perona. Each couple will take home a beautifully-crafted floral arrangement made by our talented display horticulture staff and volunteers.

Amuse
Eggplant and dark chocolate caponata, pepitas and micro mint
Paired with LaMarca Prosecco

First Course
Cocoa and porcini dusted Sea Scallop, Mache, shaved parmesan, and black-truffle vinaigrette
Paired with Van Duzer, Willamette Valley Pinot Gris

Salad Course
Frisée, cocoa nibs, Goji berry, boysenberry, macadamia nuts, fig, Manchego cheese with chocolate-balsamic vinaigrette
Paired with Balleto Russian River unoaked Chardonnay

Main Course
Mole Osso Buco with chocolate gremolata, Cipollini onion, roasted root vegetables, celery root and potato puree
Paired with Penner-Ash Rubeo

Dessert Course
Chocolate ravioli, mascarpone, basil-strawberry glaze, strawberry chips
Paired with Castello Banfi, Piemonte Rosa Regale Sparkling Red

If you have an allergy concern regarding one of the menu items listed, please call Visitor Services at 630-725-2066 before purchasing your tickets to see if an accommodation can be made. This is a prix-fixe (fixed price) menu. No other menu options are available for substitution.

Fees and Admission

Included in the ticket price: take-home centerpiece botanical arrangements, unlimited photo booth prints, five-course meal with wine pairings, and a romantic evening accompanied with live music by Jim Perona. Must be 21 and over to participate. Additional drinks can be purchased at a cash bar.
