Step back in time to the 1950s and help detectives solve a crime. Experience an exciting show set in the 1950s at The Morton Arboretum, overlooking a beautiful view of Meadow Lake. Costumes encouraged, but not required. 

1950’s Mystery Dinner Menu

Classic Turkey Pot Pie
A mini twist on a classic dish, peas, carrots and flaky puff pastry.

50’s Five Bean Salad
Mixed greens, five beans, parsley, olive oil, tri-color roasted bell
peppers

Country Style Pot Roast
Low and slow braised beef with corn and Boursin mashed potatoes
with succotash and crispy fried onions

Pineapple Upside-down Cake
Pineapple, cherries, brown sugar and pecans, Butterscotch crème
anglaise
