Honey & Mead Dinner

Experience a unique dinner in the Arboretum's beautiful Ginkgo Restaurant! Enjoy a honey-themed menu paired with different varieties of mead, a honey-flavored wine. Greg Fischer of Wild Blossom Meadery and Winery, which produces the finest honey wines in the Midwest, will explain how mead is made and the role bees play in the creation of this refreshing wine.
