Come experience elegant outdoor dining surrounded in natural beauty. This one-of-a-kind meal features fresh, local ingredients expertly prepared and served under our White Pine Pavilion. Join us for a night of delicious, farm-fresh food and enjoy live music from Ask Your Folks on an enchanted summer evening. 


2016 MENU:


Seared Diver Scallop

Served with upland cress salad, sour cherry gastrique, and crispy wheat berries

Paired with LaMarca Prosecco

First Course

Sweet Corn and Poblano Panna Cotta

Served with tomato concasse, lime zest, and micro cilantro


Second Course

Grilled P.L.T.A Salad

Salad of crispy La Quercia organic prosciutto, grilled organic romaine, heirloom tomatoes, and organic avocado, accented with fried leeks, local blue cheese, balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil

Paired with Rodney Strong Sauvignon Blanc


Third Course

Pork 'n' White Beans

Heritage Berkshire pork belly blended with baked white beans prepared with Arboretum honey,  served with braised collard greens, and a “special” sauce

Paired with Rodney Strong Pinot Noir


Fourth Course

Summer Blueberry Crisp

Local blueberries, bourbon vanilla, and lemon zest, topped with an oatmeal streusel, and local creamery whipped cream

Paired with Astoria Sparkling Moscato Rose
