Chef's Table: Caribbean Cooking Class

Join us for a year-long series of cooking classes taught by Arboretum Chef, Jean-Louis Clerc.

Warm up this January with a Caribbean-themed menu and enjoy a demonstration given by Jean-Louis in preparing Caribbean Colombo Stew. Afterwards, engage in a question and answer session with the Chef, enjoy the culinary creation, and pick up a recipe card to take home.
