Take a seat at the Chef's Table, a year-long series of cooking classes taught by the Arboretum Chef.
Afterwards, engage in a question and answer session with Executive Chef Danny Ovanin, enjoy the culinary creation, and pick up a recipe cards to take home.
November 6: Traditional Thanksgiving Feast with Stocks and Sauces
Get into the holiday spirit while sipping some Sparkling Cinnamon Cider and add some pep to your traditional Thanksgiving meal with Apple Mint Chutney and learn to make other stocks and sauces to complement your family's favorite dishes.
Fees include admission to the Arboretum.
Must be 21 and over to participate.
