Looking for a unique experience in the Children’s Garden At The Morton Arboretum? Rent a self-guided family backpack and enhance your visit. Available daily, April through October, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If you look around nature, you will find that it comes in a variety of shapes. Use shape viewers to search for triangle trees, heart shaped leaves, and square stems. Daily in June, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Gather in the Children’s Garden amphitheater for story time and fun. Fridays, April 7 through October 27, 2017, 11:00 a.m.
Finger prints are used to create colorful flowers.
Flowers grow in all kinds of shapes, sizes and colors. Look around at all of the flowers in the Children’s Garden and find your favorite to finger paint. Daily in July, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weather permitting.
