Visiting Artist Series: Pastel Dust with Marlene Donnelly

Marlene Donnelly returns to the Arboretum for this weekend workshop in the use of pastel dust. Pastel dust is a medium that lends itself to great vibrancy and soft blending, perfect for botanical subjects.  Used in conjunction with pastels and pastel pencils it combines a fun, expressive painterly approach with the ability to achieve great detail.
