Did you know that apple trees grow from a branch grafted onto a rootstock? Learn to graft in this hands-on workshop and go home with your very own grafted apple tree you can plant this spring. 

Learn why we might decide to graft a tree, what trees can be grafted, when to graft and grafting techniques, the tools you’ll need, and how to protect your graft. These techniques can be applied to any hardwood tree. Practice grafting onto a rootstock under the guidance of  expert Dan Bussey. All supplies are provided.
