Jeanne Nolan – farmer, entrepreneur, and eco-activist – founded The Organic Gardener Ltd. in 2005, and with her team has built over a thousand organic vegetable gardens in Chicagoland. Her work is rooted in the idea that anyone, anywhere, can benefit from growing their own food. Random House published her book, From the Ground Up, in 2013.
