Revisit your favorite childhood books--and some unknown treasures--through a new lens with author, scholar, and dad, Liam Heneghan. In his newest book, Beasts at Bedtime: Revealing the Environmental Wisdom in Children's Literature, Heneghan explores the vast richness of environmental themes and insights woven throughout children's literature.  Environmental scientists and casual nature enthusiasts alike will delight in revisiting youth through an environmental lens.

Liam Heneghan is a professor of Environmental Science and Studies at DePaul University and the Codirector of the Institute for Nature and Culture.
