Autumn Textures with Graphite and Colored Pencil: Visiting Artist Series

Julie Sutter-Blair received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her award winning artwork can be found in numerous art exhibits throughout the Midwest. She has been invited to jury top-ranked Art Festivals, has been artist in residence in schools and has taught previous workshops at The Morton Arboretum.

Learn Julie’s unique style of working with dry water soluble colored pencil and graphite on paper such as Stonehenge. Spend time on technique, composition, expressing a message, and more.  We will work from specimens provided or bring some favorite leaves and pods.
