All About Composting

Turn your garden and food waste into nutrients for your garden. Learn the basics of composting, explore strategies for getting high quality compost in different situations and discuss equipment that can make composting at home easier. This hands-on workshop will discuss how to layer your compost, compost sifting, insect decomposers, diagnosing composting problems and how to use your compost in the garden. Good for beginning composters and for those who want to kick their composting up a notch.
