Height: 4-5' Spread: 4-5' Habit/Form: Upright or spreading; stems will climb if supported (attaches by means of holdfasts or aerial roots) Growth Rate: Medium Zone: 5-9

Cultural Requirements: Suitable for use in many types of soils, but best in well-drained, evenly moist soil in full sun to full shade, with protection from winter sun and winds. Can be easily pruned to maintain size and shape. This variety is less susceptible to scale insect infestations than are varieties with variegated leaves.

Ornamental Characteristics: A broadleaf evergreen shrub with glossy dark green leaves. Flowers are inconspicuous, and fruits are scarce or absent.

Uses in the Landscape: Use as a low hedge, in groupings with other shrubs and small trees, or as a sturdy climber.
