Height: 15-20' Spread: 4-6' Habit/Form: Narrow pyramidal Growth Rate: Medium Zone: 4-8

Cultural Requirements: Prefers full sun in dry well-drained soil. Withstands drought and wind, and is salt-tolerant. Resistant to cedar-apple rust.

Ornamental Characteristics: Prickly, bright green foliage on ascending branches consists of 1/3-inch long, scale-like needles that hold their color in winter. Silver-blue, berry-like globular cones stay on the plant for 2 years. Older stems have thin exfoliating bark.

Uses in the Landscape: Use as a specimen, screen, and in groups.
