Cultural Requirements: Best in full sun to light shade in moist, well-drained soil. Tolerant of heat, cold, and wet sites.

Ornamental Characteristics: Bright, emerald green foliage occurs as spreading, vertical sprays at the ends of short, ascending branches. Foliage keeps its color throughout winter. Cones are ½-inch long, ovoid, and mature from yellow to light brown.

Uses in the Landscape: Use as a specimen plant, in groups, or as a hedge.
