Cultural Requirements: Best in full sun; moist, well-drained soil; excellent tolerant to salt, high pH soil, and drought conditions once established; prune in fall
Ornamental Characteristics: Small leaves cast light shade; early yellow-green fall color; fruit is a 7 to 8 inch reddish-brown persistent pod
Use in the Landscape: An excellent lawn or street tree for providing filtered shade.

Aerial Salt Tolerance: Highest degree of salt tolerance. Use in the most exposed areas.
