Height: 40-60' Spread: 20-40' Habit/Form: Upright/Irregular Oval
Growth Rate: Fast Zone: 4-8
Cultural Requirements: Grows best in part sun/part shade in well-drained soils. Tolerant of wet, dry and alkaline soils once established.
Ornamental Characteristics: A coarse-textured, fast growing tree with large heart-shaped leaves. Fragrant, panicle-shaped, white flowers appear in June followed by long, persistent seed pods.
Use in the Landscape: Best in open spaces, parks and parkways. This tree is very adaptable and tolerant of adverse conditions.

Aerial Salt Tolerance: Highest degree of salt tolerance. Use in the most exposed areas.

Plant tolerant of occasional or temporary flooding
