Height: 70-100'   Spread:  70-100'   Habit/Form:  Slightly vase shaped, with large trunk and branches  Growth Rate:  Fast  Zone: 3-8

Cultural Requirements:  Full sun; moist to wet soils preferred, but can tolerate drier sites; tolerant of salt and compaction.

Ornamental Characteristics:  yellow fall color

Concerns:  Weak wood due to fast growth; roots can invade septic and sewer systems; female trees can be messy, producing large quantities of seeds with white 'fluff' attached.
