Our garden grows curiosity. A trip to the Children's Garden will spark your child's curiosity and imagination about trees and the natural world. See a list of activities and programs that visitors of all ages will enjoy.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult while visiting the Children's Garden.

HOURS
9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. November-February
9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. March-October
Extended hours on Thursday evenings until 6 p.m., May-September

NOTE: Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve at 3 p.m., and Christmas Day

Severe weather may close the Children's Garden temporarily.

TADPOLES

The tadpoles we get each spring in the Children's Garden are American Toads. This is a natural occurrence and their arrival depends on the temperature of the water.
