Children & Family Classes

Our educational classes for children engage kids age 2 to 14 with nature through observations, hands-on activities, and fun-filled explorations.

Children and their parents attend classes together in our "Parents & Child: Partners in Discovery" programs. Classes focus on plants, animals, natural habitats, special exhibits and much more! Discover the wonders of nature with your children and become their primary nature guide. 

Nature and Art Education programs offer artistic learning experiences that incorporate trees, seasons and leaves!  Children learn art techniques as they study nature and create unique works of art.

Members:  Arboretum members must present their Membership Card at the entry gate with each visit.
